Safety and quality are important to us. Our leadership team continuously trains and verifies that all employees are qualified to perform their duties. Each employee has the required training that demonstrates they can handle, process, and package our products in a clean and safe manner.
While we have proven our safety plan and internal preventative systems have been successful to control quality and prevent food safety incidents, we have established additional checks to ensure our programs remain effective. Our state-of-the-art facility allows us to meet or exceed the USDA and HACCP food safety programs and requirements. We have USDA inspectors on site daily in order to remain compliant. Additionally, we are audited annually by a third party in order to maintain our SQF (Safe Quality Food) Food Safety Level certification. This certification is recognized worldwide by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) for food-quality and food-safety.
